"I believe that in order for anyone to achieve their goals, they need a coach who can help them get there. A coach who knows it's about them and not themselves."
After playing ice hockey and baseball each for over 15 years, it is a privilege to coach, train and develop the next generation of youth and adult athletes and non-athletes. Mike currently works with young athletes as well as adults, ranging from 8-85 years old!

"Coach Sheila Moradi"
Sheila is a passionate personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Some of her specialties include functional training, weight loss, and muscle growth. She has worked with a wide range of ages and fitness backgrounds.
While in high-school, Sheila became very sick for over a year. Losing over 40 pounds and being very frail and unhealthy. When she recovered she began going to the gym building strength, confidence and mental health. She fell in love with taking care of her body, and wants to help other people to feel the same.
