Welcome to MC Athletics!

Meet the team!

Owner & Head Strength Coach, "Coach Cap"

“I believe that in order for anyone to achieve their goals, they need a coach who can help them get there. A coach who knows it’s about THEM… not themselves.”

Mike’s coaching journey started early:
⚾️ Baseball coach at just 13 years old
🏒 Ice hockey coach by 17 years old

After competing in both ice hockey and baseball for over 15+ years, including playing for a Club Hockey U18 National Championship team in 2015, Mike transitioned full-time into the personal training/ strength & conditioning world.

Now with 6+ years of full time gym coaching experience, 10+ years of program design, Mike takes pride in helping people of all ages build confidence, move better, get stronger, and perform at a higher level—both inside and outside of the gym.

He currently works with youth athletes, adult athletes, and everyday adults ranging from 8–88 years old.
